We use a secure on-line ordering system. Your credit card number is encrypted during transmission. We regularly destroy all credit card records.

1. Order On-Line: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express through our web site. Your Credit Card Number will be encrypted for safety.

2. Order via Telephone: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Check, Money Order or Institutional Purchase Orders via telephone. Click here for phone numbers and business hours.

All payment must be in U.S. Funds drawn on a U.S. Bank.

We ship orders on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Orders placed on other days will be shipped on the following Monday or Thursday. If Monday or Thursday is a Post Office holiday, we ship on the next following Post Office business day. (Subject to product availability, see "Backorders" for more information.)

Depending upon the contents and weight of your package you may be able to choose between the following shipping methods:

  We can ship anything using this method.

• Media Mail: 5-10 Business Day* Delivery
  From Date Of Shipping.**
  Slower, Least Expensive, Content Restrictions Apply.
  We can ONLY ship books, workbooks, pamphlets, audios, cd's, dvd's, videos, posters or stickers using this method. If you choose this method and your order contains items not meeting the above criteria (e.g., clothing) your order will automatically be shipped and billed at the Parcel Post rate.

* A "Business Day" is Monday through Friday. A "Business Day" does not include Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays.

"Delivery From Date Of Shipping" reflects the time it takes for a package to travel from our warehouse to you. Our shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of your order and the cost of the packing materials. In short, the more your package weighs and the more material we must use to package it, the more your shipping and handling charges will be.

The Simple Living Network shall not be responsible for duty that may be imposed on import shipments. The customer is responsible for determining all duty, tariffs or restrictions for import of the products they purchase. In the event that your countries customs agency denies your shipment, we cannot refund shipping charges. We can only offer a refund on refused products if they are returned to us in resalable condition.

We strive to keep all items in-stock. However, due to high demand, some products may occasionally be on backorder.

A Backorder Notice will appear if any item you order is temporarily out of stock.

In most cases, backordered items are available within a few weeks.

We take extra care to make sure your order arrives safely. When you receive your order, please check the contents right away. In the rare event that an item is damaged, please:

1. Do not refuse or discard the shipment or shipping container.

2. Please Contact Us immediately for further instructions.

3. Do not return the damaged product to us, unless we instruct you to do so.

4. You will receive a prompt refund or replacement, your choice.

If you find that you wish to return a product for any other reason, we are happy to make an exchange, issue credit toward future purchases or provide a refund. However...

Unauthorized returns will be returned to you "postage due" and are not available for exchange, credit or refund. We apologize, but we cannot refund shipping charges. Return shipping and insurance is your responsibility. All items must be returned in their original shipping containers and accompanied by original documentation (invoices and packing slips) and a Return Authorization Number.
