Community Council Meeting

Regular Monthly Meeting of the Trout Lake Community Council.
Our guest speaker Keyna Bugner, Natural Areas Program Manager with Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Keyna will be at our meeting to discuss the Trout Lake Natural Area (NAP) draft Management Plan. If you are interested in being involved in future public meetings regarding the NAP, please join us for this discussion. If you are unable to attend the council meeting, and still want to be involved, please let us know by sending an email to troutlakecommunitycouncil@gmail.com and we will make sure and get you on the DNR contact list for future meetings on the NAP. The DNR completed a draft management plan in 2001 but, due to adjustments in work priorities, it was never finalized. The DNR intends to finalize the management plan in 2025.
November 5th is National Election Day. If you are a registered voter living within the boundary of the Trout Lake School District, please stop by the Grange to vote in person. Council positions 1, 2 and 3 are open for election. At this point in time, Pat Arnold, Joanna Turner, and Travis Pearson have indicated they will be running for re-election. Candidate Interest statements will be posted on the communitycouncil.troutlake.org website and on the Council Facebook page by October 4.
